Alternatively, obtain a hard copy of the existing procedure and mark any changes directly onto it in red ink. 2 USER Turn in the Request Form Turn in the request form to the procedure writer. Keep a copy for your records in case the original is mislaid. 3 WRITER Input Data Changes Enter the requested changes to the procedure.
